School Rules & Regulations
At Academic Excellence International School (AEIS), students are expected to follow the rules and regulations to maintain a disciplined, safe, and productive environment for learning. All students must adhere to these guidelines:
- Attendance: Students must maintain regular attendance. Absence without prior permission is not allowed.
- Punctuality: Students should reach school on time. Late arrivals may affect their participation in classes.
- Dress Code: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and maintain personal hygiene.
- Discipline: Students must behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Classroom Conduct: Talking, using mobile phones, or any disruptive activity during class is strictly prohibited.
- Homework & Assignments: Students must complete and submit homework, projects, and assignments on time.
- Use of School Property: Students should take care of school furniture, books, computers, and other facilities. Damage or misuse is not allowed.
- Library & Labs: Students must follow library and lab rules, maintain silence, and handle equipment responsibly.
- Examinations: Students must follow exam rules strictly and maintain honesty. Any form of malpractice will be punished.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participation in games, sports, and cultural activities is encouraged with full commitment and discipline.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, gadgets, or any items not allowed by the school are strictly prohibited on campus.
- Safety & Security: Students must follow safety instructions, emergency procedures, and respect school property.
- Visitor Policy: Students are not allowed to bring visitors without prior permission from the school authorities.
- Leaving School Premises: Students must not leave the school premises during school hours without permission.
- Respect for Environment: Students should keep the school premises clean and avoid littering.
